Baby's First Hoot
After months of wanting to go to a Hootenanny (but sitting at home thinking about wanting to be there) Andrea rescued me from myself and to the basement of Java Jack's.
It was awesome - such a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, and I have to say that attending this regularly might be good for my social anxiety and my soul. There was a great selection of Eclectone artists there: Martin Devaney of course, JoAnna James, the birthday boy Dan Israel and the amazing Chris Perricelli. Don't forget Jim Walsh, though. (I shook his hand!!!Dude!)
And Stook closed out the night with "A Song is More Than Just a Song" and it was perfect and there was swooning involved...
Happy Weekend to the three of you that read my blog!! Enjoy the sunshine!

Thank you for throwing in a word about the Hoot! That was the first time I had been there and was completely impressed with the whole thing. I loved playing for such an attentive crowd. A great experience! Glad you were there.
